Novable is an application that helps creators make short vertical videos and publish them to their own social media accounts. Novable runs as a Telegram bot: it turns the footage you send into a 1080×1920 vertical short, and uploads it to the YouTube channel or TikTok account you have connected.

The purpose of Novable is to save creators the manual work of editing, resizing and uploading short-form video, so they can publish their own content to their own accounts from one place.

What it does

• Creates short videos — edits your footage into a vertical clip, or splits a long video into short clips with automatic subtitles.
• Publishes to your own accounts — connect your YouTube channel or TikTok account, and the bot uploads the videos you created there, immediately or on a schedule you choose.

How it works

1. You send your video (or a link to it) to the bot in Telegram.
2. The bot renders a vertical short — you can add a title and hashtags.
3. You connect your own YouTube / TikTok account with the platform's official sign-in, and choose when to publish.

Why Novable asks for access to your account

To publish a video for you, Novable needs your permission to act on the account you connect. This is the data it requests and the reason for each:

• Permission to upload videos to your YouTube channel (youtube.upload) — this is what lets the app place the short you created on your own channel. It is used only for the videos you explicitly choose to publish.
• Read-only access to your channel's basic information (youtube.readonly) — used only to show you which channel is connected, so you can confirm you are publishing to the right place.
• Your TikTok account name and the ability to upload to its drafts (user.info.basic, video.upload) — same purpose: to identify the connected account and deliver your video to it.

Novable never posts on its own, never reads your feed, followers, comments or messages, and never sells or shares your data. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect an account at any time from inside the bot, which deletes them. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
