Getting access

Novable is invite-only. Write to the address above and tell us what kind of content you make; the operator adds approved users manually.

Common problems

• The bot does not answer. Your Telegram account is probably not on the access list yet — write to us.
• A video will not upload. Files above Telegram's bot limit cannot be downloaded by a bot; send a link to the file from cloud storage instead.
• Publishing failed. The connected account's authorisation may have expired. Open /accounts and connect it again.
• The video is not on my channel. Check the scheduled queue with /queue — it may still be waiting for its time slot.

Reporting a problem with published content

If you believe a video published through the service infringes your rights, write to the address above with a link to it and we will remove it and restrict the account responsible.
