These terms govern your use of the Novable service (“the Service”), a Telegram bot that creates short vertical videos and publishes them to social accounts you connect.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided to invited users to create and publish their own video content to their own connected accounts.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or have all necessary rights to, any content you upload or publish through the Service.
• You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you connect (including the TikTok Terms of Service and YouTube’s Terms), and with applicable law.
• You must not use the Service to publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Connected accounts

By connecting a YouTube or TikTok account you authorise the Service to publish content to that account on your behalf, only when you request it. You can revoke this authorisation at any time by disconnecting the account in the bot.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, in particular for breach of these terms.
