Novable (“we”, “us”) operates a Telegram bot that creates short vertical videos and, only when you ask it to, publishes them to social accounts you have connected (YouTube, TikTok). This policy explains what data we handle and why.
Data we collect
Telegram identifier. Your Telegram user ID, used to identify you and control access to the invite-only bot.
Content you provide. The video files and links you send, and any titles or hashtags you enter, used solely to produce and publish your videos. Uploaded and rendered files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically (within about 7 days).
Connected accounts. When you connect a YouTube or TikTok account, we store the access and refresh tokens that platform issues, encrypted at rest, plus basic account info (account name and id) so we can show you which account is connected.
How we use platform (TikTok / YouTube) data
We use your connected-account access only to perform actions you explicitly request — uploading the videos you create to your own account.
We do not read your feed, followers, messages or other private data beyond what is needed to identify the connected account and upload your content.
We never sell your data or platform tokens and never share them with third parties.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with anyone, except transmitting the content you create to the platform you chose (YouTube or TikTok) in order to fulfil your publishing request.
Retention and deletion
Video files are deleted automatically after about 7 days. You can disconnect any account at any time from the bot (the /accounts menu), which deletes the stored tokens for that account. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
Security
Account tokens are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to the operation of the service.
Your rights
You can disconnect any connected account and request deletion of your data at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
